Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 2026.
You can have your data erased at any time, for any reason, without explaining yourself. Below is exactly how, what disappears, and how long it takes. Haute Valeur (hautevaleur.com) is operated by Pearl Digital LLC (Wyoming, USA), the data controller.
Option 1 — On WhatsApp, in one word (instant)
If you have been chatting with Élise on WhatsApp, send her a message containing only one of these words:
- • DELETE
- • SUPPRIMER
Your entire conversation history and message count are deleted from our database immediately, and Élise confirms it in the chat. Nothing of that conversation is kept on our side. You can write to her again afterwards — she starts from zero, with no memory of what was said.
Option 2 — By email (within 30 days)
Email contact@hautevaleur.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Data deletion". If your request concerns a WhatsApp conversation, include the phone number you used. We confirm and complete the erasure within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- • Your WhatsApp conversation with Élise (messages and history).
- • Your email address and first name, and your removal from all mailing lists.
- • Your assessment answers and the result generated from them.
- • Your account and members' area access, if you have one.
What we must keep
If you have made a purchase, we keep the minimum billing and transaction records our accounting and tax obligations require (typically the invoice, amount and date). These are kept for legal compliance only, never used for marketing, and deleted once the legal retention period ends. Card numbers are never stored by us — payments are handled by our payment provider.
Deleting Meta / WhatsApp data
Élise runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Deleting your data here removes it from our systems. Messages stored by Meta or on your own phone are outside our control — delete the chat in WhatsApp, and see Meta's own privacy tools for anything held on their side.
Questions
Write to contact@hautevaleur.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you may contact your local data protection authority.
