Refund Policy

Every first purchase is covered for 14 days, with no conditions: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, you get a full refund. No questions, no proof of use required.

The Circle renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your members' area (“Manage / cancel my subscription”), from your Whop account if you joined through Whop, or by emailing contact@hautevaleur.com; you keep access through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment.

Email contact@hautevaleur.com from the address you used to purchase, with the word "refund" in the subject, within 14 days of your purchase. If you bought through Whop, you can also request it from your Whop account. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and refunds are returned to your original payment method. A refund ends the access it paid for, including Élise on WhatsApp.

The guarantee covers your first purchase of each offer. Repeated purchase-and-refund of the same offer is not covered, and we may decline fraudulent requests.
