Privacy Policy

Haute Valeur (hautevaleur.com) is operated by Pearl Digital LLC (Wyoming, USA). We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact: contact@hautevaleur.com.

• Email address and optional first name, when you take the assessment, download a guide, or join.
• Assessment answers, to personalize your result and plan.
• Account & billing data for members, processed by our payment provider (we never store card numbers).
• Your conversations with Élise on the website (sent to our AI provider to generate each reply).
• WhatsApp: if you text Élise, your phone number, your messages (the last 20 are kept to give her memory), a message counter and, if you activate your membership, a link between that number and your membership. Voice notes are transcribed to text; the audio itself is not stored by us.
• Usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via analytics tools.

To deliver your result and guides, provide and improve the service and your members' area, send you educational emails and offers (you can unsubscribe in one click), and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Only processors that run the service on our behalf, each for its own part:

• Anthropic (AI model behind Élise) — your messages to Élise, on the website and on WhatsApp.
• OpenAI (Whisper) — WhatsApp voice notes, transcribed to text.
• Meta / WhatsApp — carries WhatsApp messages between you and Élise (WhatsApp Business Platform).
• Supabase — our database: leads, memberships, and WhatsApp numbers and conversations.
• Stripe and Whop — payments and subscriptions (we never see or store card numbers).
• Resend — sending our emails.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel — audience measurement and ad measurement (pixel subject to your opt-out below).

Each is bound to protect your data and use it only to provide its service. Your conversations with Élise are personal: we do not use your conversations to train our own models, and we never sell them. Under their API terms, Anthropic and OpenAI state that they do not use data sent through their APIs to train their models by default. Send DELETE to Élise on WhatsApp, or see data deletion, to erase your WhatsApp conversation.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email contact@hautevaleur.com. You may also unsubscribe from emails at any time (see “Emails” below).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
• Delete personal information we collected from you, and correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
• Non-discrimination: you will not receive a different price or service for exercising these rights.

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (email address, first name), commercial information (purchases and membership status), internet activity (pages viewed, device, approximate location), and the content you choose to share with the assessment or with Élise. Sources: you directly, and your device. We keep each category only as long as described under “Retention & security”.

To make a request, email contact@hautevaleur.com with “California privacy request” in the subject. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address linked to your data, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authorization.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If we use advertising pixels (such as Meta's) to measure our ads, that may count as “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at any time:

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: when your browser sends it, advertising pixels are not loaded. To opt out across devices, email contact@hautevaleur.com.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

We use essential cookies to run the site and your members' session, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of advertising pixels above.

Every email we send identifies Haute Valeur as the sender. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or writing to contact@hautevaleur.com; we process opt-outs within 10 business days. Transactional messages about your purchase or account may still be sent.

Haute Valeur is for adults only: you must be 18 or older to use it, including Élise on WhatsApp. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us data, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
