Terms of Service

Haute Valeur, operated by Pearl Digital LLC (Wyoming, USA), provides an educational self-development program for women — including written method content, an AI mentor, and interactive tools. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use. You must be 18 or older to use Haute Valeur, including Élise on WhatsApp.

The program is strictly educational. It is not therapy, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not a matchmaking or introduction service. We make no promise of any specific outcome; results depend on your own engagement.

The mentor ("Élise") is an artificial intelligence and is presented as such; Élise's images are AI-generated. Its guidance is educational and general in nature and does not replace a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for decisions requiring professional advice. Élise is not a therapist or a crisis service: if you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); in an emergency, call 911.

The Circle is an automatically renewing subscription. When you join, you authorize us to charge $49 (USD) on the day you join and again every month on the same date until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required.

How to cancel: anytime, online, from your members' area (“Manage / cancel my subscription”; if you joined through Whop, from your Whop account under Memberships) or by emailing contact@hautevaleur.com from your account email. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access through the end of the period already paid, and no partial-period refunds are given except under our guarantee. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Sovereign Access ($997) is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access. The 7-Day Ritual with Élise ($27) is a one-time purchase granting seven days of mentor access; it does not renew. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (or by Whop if you buy through Whop). All prices are in US dollars.

First purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the access it paid for, including Élise on WhatsApp.

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute the content or your access (WhatsApp access works on one number at a time), and not to misuse the AI mentor. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

All content remains the property of Pearl Digital LLC. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it, not to own or reproduce it.
