1. The service

Haute Valeur, operated by Pearl Digital LLC (Wyoming, USA), provides an educational self-development program for women — including written method content, an AI mentor, and interactive tools. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Educational purpose & no guarantees

The program is strictly educational. It is not therapy, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not a matchmaking or introduction service. We make no promise of any specific outcome; results depend on your own engagement.

3. The AI mentor

The mentor ("Élise") is an artificial intelligence and is presented as such. Its guidance is educational and general in nature and does not replace a licensed professional. Do not rely on it for decisions requiring professional advice.

4. Memberships & payment

The Circle is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Sovereign Access is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are shown in USD.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 14-day guarantee under the conditions described in our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute the content or your access, and not to misuse the AI mentor. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.

7. Intellectual property

All content remains the property of Pearl Digital LLC. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it, not to own or reproduce it.
